True to its title, Lila Jones is front and center in “The Writer – Selfie.” While Charles Ventura plays a role, he’s on the periphery here. Joining Lila Jones in the spotlight of her creative imagination is Meredith Gallagher for a series of lesbian encounters that are unique and satisfying individually, but which build steadily to a truly intense finale. “The Writer – Selfie” stands alone as a work of erotic art, even as it’s very much of a piece with the two previous episodes, and it opens the door to the vast potential of episodes yet to come.
